Description
The Cook supports other cooks in producing consistent, timely, and high-quality food for residential dining halls. Responsibilities include following recipes and menus, maintaining food quality and quantity, ensuring HACCP and ServSafe compliance, controlling portions, maintaining adequate menu supplies, and assisting with sanitation and kitchen cleaning. The role is part-time, requires nights and weekends, and pays $21-$22.75 per hour. A high school diploma or GED, ServSafe certification, and one year of relevant experience or culinary school/program experience are required; academic and adolescent-experience experience is preferred.
