The Cook I prepares food according to company recipes and guest preferences, performs kitchen prep and line work, follows food-safety and sanitation procedures, replenishes supplies, maintains a clean workspace, and may complete utility duties. The role requires meeting shift requirements, physical activity in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and completion of a tuberculosis skin test and drug screening; a high school diploma or equivalent and previous culinary experience or education are preferred. The salary is $17.25.
