Description
The Culinary Associate will prepare and cook food in the Westin Kansas City at Crown Center kitchen, including portioning, chopping, washing, measuring, mixing, cooking, testing, and serving food. The role also involves operating kitchen equipment, maintaining food quality and safety standards, cleaning and disinfecting work areas, and following company policies. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
