Description
Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Cafeteria Cook for its Otero County Processing Center in Chaparral, New Mexico. The role prepares meals according to menus and detainee numbers, maintains kitchen equipment and sanitation, prepares food for special functions and diets, assists with kitchen cleanup, and may supervise detainees assigned to the cafeteria. A high school diploma or equivalent, food service training, one year of food service or related experience, prior supervisory experience, a New Mexico food handler’s permit, and a valid New Mexico or Texas driver’s license are required or preferred.
