Description
Mauna Kea Resort is hiring a Cook III for its Culinary & Stewarding division. The role is responsible for preparing and executing assigned hot and cold food stations across restaurants, cafeterias, banquets, and potentially the bakeshop, including food preparation, plating, inventory and requisition support, station setup and breakdown, food safety, sanitation, equipment operation, and guest-service communication. The position requires at least two years of related work experience, the ability to multitask and work extended hours, and a Department of Health TB Clearance; a Food Safety Certificate is preferred.
