Description
The Cook III is responsible for food production in the kitchen operations of Roland Park Place, a continuing care retirement community in Baltimore. The role prepares and cooks a variety of foods, follows recipes and par levels, maintains food safety and sanitation documentation, operates kitchen equipment safely, and supports meal service. It requires two years of related food production experience or training, a high school degree or equivalent, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects weighing 30 to 50 pounds.
