Description
The Line Cook prepares food for snack bars, buffets, and à la carte services, fulfills orders, maintains equipment, follows food-safety and storage procedures, and assists with banquet operations. The role requires at least two years of food-preparation experience, the ability to read recipes and orders, willingness to receive on-the-job training, a ServSafe certificate, and availability for a PM schedule. Pay is $16 per hour, with a $19 per hour premium for hours worked after 5 pm.
