The Kitchen Associate prepares and executes menu items, maintains restaurant cleanliness and food safety, supports kitchen par levels, conducts quality checks, and follows opening, midday, and closing procedures. The role requires one or three months of related restaurant experience or training, with knife-handling, cross-training, and schedule flexibility preferred.
