Description
The Cook prepares and cooks simple foods and short orders, including pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers, and vegetables; prepares, measures, and assembles ingredients; operates kitchen equipment; and cleans and maintains work areas. The position is located at the Hale Ikena facility in Fort Shafter, Hawaii, requires irregular scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires food-safety training, a medical physical examination, and background-eligibility requirements.
