Description
The Food Preparation Cook prepares and cooks food for Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center in WSMR, New Mexico. Duties include peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring, and breading; operating kitchen equipment; cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas; storing food at safe temperatures; and following sanitation procedures. The role requires prior food-preparation and cooking experience, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, completion of food-safety training, and successful pre-employment checks.
