Description
Cassia is hiring an on-call Cook for its Apple Valley Village Health Care Center and Apple Valley Villa communities. The role prepares nutritious meals, serves residents, monitors food inventory and resident needs, participates in food-service training, and inspects kitchens for safety and sanitation compliance. The Cook must have at least one year of commercial cooking or food preparation experience, be able to follow recipes, work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for the duration of a shift. The position pays $20–$22 per hour depending on experience and includes experience-based raises, an employee assistance program, and earned sick and safe time.
