Description
Compass Group is hiring a part-time Cook for its Culinaire program at the Arts District Mansion in Dallas, Texas. The role prepares food according to standardized recipes, controls portions and temperatures, serves or prepares food for delivery, maintains kitchen cleanliness and equipment, and follows food-safety and HACCP standards. Previous banquet experience is required, while training is available. The schedule is Monday through Friday with varying hours and Saturday event availability required; the pay rate is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
