Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a part-time Food Preparation and Supply Management Associate to prepare high-quality food according to recipes and special diet orders and to support the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef with food and supply management, including securing items for preparation, storing leftovers, and maintaining inventories. The role requires at least two years of experience in a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation, knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
