The Cook/Residential Advisor prepares and manages nutritionally balanced meals and kitchen operations for behavioral health members, while also supporting their daily living, medication compliance, group participation, and crisis-related activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of restaurant-cooking experience, food-handling and recipe skills, ServeSafe certification, a valid non-commercial driver's license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and use restraint techniques when necessary.
