Description
The Cook I prepares and serves 80–120 nutritious hot meals and snacks daily for children, parents, and staff in a Children’s Services Program, while purchasing food supplies, maintaining kitchen sanitation, completing meal documentation, and supporting staff and family meetings. The temporary position works as needed in the Santa Maria and Guadalupe area, pays $18.00–$19.00 per hour, and requires two years of kitchen-helper or comparable group-food-preparation experience, a current California driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a ServSafe certificate.
