Morningstar Living is hiring a full-time Cook Supervisor for its Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. The role oversees the main kitchen, prepares and serves quality meals to senior residents, maintains food safety, sanitation, equipment, and HACCP documentation, and supervises, trains, and evaluates prep cooks and utility personnel. The position requires at least five years of cooking experience, preferably in batch cooking, with two years of supervisory experience preferred, and offers an 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. schedule with every-other weekend and holiday rotation plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
