Compass Group is hiring full-time Cook Supervisors at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina. The role directly supervises food-service associates, trains and assigns work, manages performance, advises on purchasing, maintains food quality and portion control, operates and cleans equipment, stores and rotates food, follows HACCP guidelines, and supports meal service. Prior cooking and food service experience is required.
