The Relief Production Operator provides coverage across cookie processing, packaging, robotics, and other manufacturing areas, including setting up and operating equipment, performing production and cupping duties, maintaining quality and safety standards, completing production records, and handling materials. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing or production experience, English proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for varying assignments, overtime, and weekend shifts.
