The Cooling Specialist executes cooling workflows with chef teams in the CookUnity Facility, oversees cooling logs and temperature monitoring, performs batch cooling for hot items, supports food-safety compliance and audits, collaborates with the Food Safety team on training, and tracks cooling metrics. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, experience in a high-compliance food-processing or large-volume food business, production-team experience, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18–$22 USD, with health insurance and other benefits listed.
