CVS Health is hiring a fully remote, full-time COOR2 representative to triage patient information from referrals, fax, Outlook mailboxes, and portals; assess patient needs; document care-coordination requests; support enteral nutrition service onboarding with Coram; coordinate backorder alternatives with dietitians; contact patients; and ship orders. The role requires at least one year of customer service or call-center experience, data entry, Microsoft Outlook and Word proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED. Medical terminology, healthcare experience, multitasking, typing, patient-profile entry, detail orientation, and multi-screen work are preferred.
