The role supports families through home visits, goal development, referrals, community collaboration, documentation, and eligibility, recruitment, enrollment, and attendance activities. Required qualifications include an associate’s degree in a relevant field or a related credential within 18 months of hire, MS Office proficiency, English proficiency, and experience building relationships with young children.
