A Cooperativa Credcrea do Sistema Ailos is hiring a Coordenação de Controles Internos e Gestão de Riscos to lead the internal controls and risk-management program, monitor risks and controls, manage relationships with internal and external auditors and regulators, ensure regulatory compliance, develop management indicators, and lead the team. The role requires higher education in a relevant field, experience in internal controls, risk management, compliance or auditing, and familiarity with regulated institutions; knowledge of corporate governance, PLD/CFT, BACEN regulations and management indicators is also required.
