Description
Inizo is hiring a Coordinating Personal Support Worker to support young people with autism and behavioral challenges in their daily development and goals related to school, work, and home. The role involves coordinating with support networks and external parties, working rotating day, evening, and sleep-in shifts, and being available for weekends. Compensation is €2,650–€4,250, with shift allowance, vacation, travel reimbursement, team support, and a prospect of permanent employment. Applicants should be confident, able to work independently, have experience with autism and behavioral challenges, hold at least an MBO level 4 healthcare qualification, preferably HBO, and have a driver’s license.
