The employer is hiring a full-time Coordinating Practical Training Instructor in Berlin-Wannsee to establish and develop internal training concepts, instruct and assess trainees, manage rosters, coordinate practical instruction, support nursing schools and placement sites, and guide trainees in independent learning. The role also supports onboarding of nursing staff and interns, ensures compliance with mandatory continuing education, and participates in quality-development committees. Candidates need nursing or geriatric, health-care, or pediatric training, vocational-pedagogical qualification and practical-instructor experience, care-process knowledge, teamwork, organizational, pedagogical, and flexible skills. The gross annual salary is €55,079–€62,783, with a welcome bonus of up to €2,000 and other benefits.
