Description
The Coordinating Practice Instructor will establish and develop nursing training concepts, instruct and assess trainees, manage rosters, coordinate practical training, network with nursing schools and placement sites, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with mandatory continuing education. The role requires nursing professional training, pedagogy, practice-instructor experience, and knowledge of nursing care processes. It is a full-time position with a gross annual salary of €55,079–€62,783, plus a €315 functional allowance and other benefits.
