Zozijn is hiring a Coordinating Support Worker for Het Pannenhuis, a residential facility for residents with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. The role provides personalized support, develops and adjusts care plans, coordinates care across colleagues, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams, consults with external professionals, and coaches colleagues. The position offers a permanent contract for 25 to 36 hours per week, with a gross salary of up to €4,262 per month based on 36 hours, plus benefits and training opportunities.
