Bartiméus is hiring a Coordinating Support Worker in Driebergen to support eight residents with visual impairment and mild intellectual disability, coordinate their daily care and support plans, liaise with families and treatment providers, advocate for residents, and support colleagues. The role requires an MBO level 4 qualification in care or social welfare, preferably disability-care experience, and willingness to work irregular shifts and weekends. It offers an immediate permanent contract for 24–28 hours per week, with gross pay up to €4,262 per month under the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
