Description
The Warehouse Coordinator will manage a small team of three to four warehouse employees, train new and temporary workers, assign tasks, oversee receiving, storing, shipping, and returned-goods operations, perform quality and safety checks, report operational results, and actively participate in warehouse work. The role requires leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, Dutch fluency, willingness to work two shifts, physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and preferably experience with reach trucks and electric pallet trucks.
