Description
The Receiving and Merchandising Associate executes receiving and merchandising standards, processes merchandise, organizes back stock, maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards, supports customer service, trains and mentors associates, and coordinates with store management. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities, teamwork, heavy lifting, and training experience. It is based at the HomeGoods store in Mount Airy, Maryland, with a starting pay range of $16.25 to $16.75 per hour.
