Description
The Store Manager is responsible for receiving and merchandising merchandise, coordinating truck deliveries, training and mentoring associates, maintaining store and backroom standards, supporting customer service and shrink-reduction goals, and ensuring compliance with labor, safety, and recycling requirements. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to train others, and one year of retail and six months of leadership experience. The position is based at the Marshalls store in Pearl, Mississippi, with a starting pay range of USD $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
