Description
The Care Access Coordinator Autism Resource Program is a non-clinical role supporting access to behavioral health services for members of the Autism Resource Program. Responsibilities include processing authorizations, entering and auditing data, maintaining compliant records, answering benefit and referral questions, screening members, escalating crisis situations, triaging cases, and sharing care information with clinical teams. The role requires strong computer proficiency, HIPAA compliance, and either a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year of relevant experience or a high school diploma plus three years of relevant experience. It is performed from home with company-provided equipment and offers hourly compensation of $18.30–$21 plus a discretionary incentive, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
