Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three years of experience directly related to the specialty area, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrated challenge course and/or climbing wall management experience, including strategic planning, budget management, equipment purchasing and maintenance, and risk management.
Demonstrated success in training and supervision of multiple part-time staff according to industry standards and best practices.
Professional experience developing and administering successful curriculum to a diverse audience, according to client learning outcomes.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with individuals, departments, and student groups.
Experience in higher education recreation or student service setting.
Demonstrated pursuit of personal professional development through participation in a national industry association or organization.
Experience in route setting for a university or recreational climbing wall.
