The Napa County Resource Conservation District is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Coordinator, Community Engagement in Napa, California. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (Volunteers), the role supports public engagement, communications, digital marketing, social media, event logistics, community outreach, volunteer coordination, project management, and donor engagement across watershed, forest, regenerative agriculture, and community programs. The position requires some college coursework or 1–2 years of related experience, bilingual English-Spanish communication, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally and regionally. The fully funded one-year position pays $71,282 to $80,226 annually, with bilingual certification premiums and benefits including paid leave, retirement benefits, employer-paid health, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance.
