OceanaGold is hiring a Coordinator - Construction for a three-year fixed term at its Didipio underground mine in the Philippines. The role reports to the Superintendent - Construction and is responsible for mentoring and monitoring construction work groups, coordinating site activities, supporting schedule and estimate development, reviewing designs for constructability, tracking progress and non-conformance, maintaining work records, supporting cost and contract administration, and ensuring completed work meets project requirements. The position requires at least five years of project construction experience, a mechanical engineering degree or similar relevant tertiary qualification, SMP expertise, prior construction supervisory experience, and knowledge of machine commissioning and testing with electrical aspects.
