Description
The Construction Services Manager assists the Manager, Construction Services in coordinating new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects; supervising job assignments and department staff; preparing contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates; inspecting construction work; coordinating contractors, architects, engineers, and other personnel; and maintaining compliance records. The role requires an associate degree in Architecture or Engineering, three years of experience, Wisconsin Engineer or Architect registration or ability to obtain it, and a valid Wisconsin driver's license. It is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with travel to all campuses.
