IKEA Amersfoort is hiring a Coordinator Customer Relations, also called Frontliner, to work between 12 and 36 hours per week at the store’s checkout area. The role manages cash flows, counts and reconciles cash, handles cash discrepancies, coaches checkout staff, ensures adequate staffing and breaks, and records and finalizes cash transactions. The position requires cash-handling experience, numerical security, team leadership, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasionally public holidays. The gross all-in hourly rate is €18.23, with a collective bonus scheme and other employee benefits.
