Best Buddies International is hiring a Coordinator, Development to support the State Director in securing sustainable funding for statewide programs through fundraising events, individual and foundation giving, grant opportunities, donor relations, and stewardship. The role also manages special-event logistics, cultivates volunteers and donors, supports marketing and communications, coordinates program participation, and tracks donations and revenue. It requires a bachelor’s degree or at least four years of relevant experience, 1–3 years of fundraising experience, strong project management and communication skills, familiarity with database systems, and willingness to travel, use a personal cell phone, and work evenings and weekends as needed.
