Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a North America Field Education & Pro Coordinator to support the VP of Education, Pro, and Global Specialty Retailers. The role manages field supplies, travel, calendar and meeting logistics, training and event support, LMS and SharePoint administration, gratis programs, budget reconciliation, and freelance artist and model payments. It reports to the VP of Education, Pro, and Global Specialty Retailers and requires program management, budgeting, travel coordination, Microsoft Office, presentation and copywriting skills, confidentiality, and strong organization. The base salary is $65,000 to $75,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
