Description
The employer is seeking a Coordinator for Construction and Property Management to take over the follow-up of a Campus Handwerk construction project after completion, manage the warranty phase, coordinate defect reports and commissioning, support technical building systems and building automation, manage interfaces with planning, execution, equipment, and users, and prepare the project for handover to building operations. The role also includes equipment procurement, tender preparation, documentation, and long-term support for additional construction projects. Applicants need a relevant university degree or vocational qualification with extensive experience, knowledge of construction processes and HOAI/VOB, warranty or project-steering experience, strong coordination and communication skills, MS Office and construction software proficiency, and a class B driver’s license. The position offers Pay Group EG 11 TV-L compensation and benefits including company health insurance, pension, savings benefits, vacation days, professional development, childcare allowance, and travel cost subsidy.
