EXL is hiring a remote Insurance Appraisal Scheduling Specialist to schedule appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders, support homeowners through the ASSIST self-survey product, and provide concierge customer service. The role also involves maintaining work-order statuses, prioritizing work, meeting productivity and quality goals, and communicating with policyholders, managers, underwriters, and agents. Candidates should have strong customer service, communication, technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills; a robust training program is provided. The position offers a base salary of $13–$15 per hour plus performance-based incentive pay, paid sick leave, flexible work hours, and work-from-home benefits.
