Nalin is hiring a Fashion Retail Merchandise Manager to oversee merchandise receiving, product inspection, inventory coordination, stockroom and sales-area organization, pricing signage, productivity monitoring, and departmental results. The role also coordinates the department team and develops strategic sales actions. A high school diploma is required, while fashion-retail experience and people-leadership experience are preferred. The position offers R$10.00 per day worked, group life insurance, a health plan and dental plan after the probationary period, a 10% store discount, and either VT or fuel assistance.
