The City Administration of Konstanz is hiring a Coordinator (m/f/d) for Process Optimization and Digitalization to analyze administrative and operational processes, coordinate the introduction of a central ERP system and related digital applications, support change processes, train employees, and identify further digitalization opportunities. The role is permanent and full-time at 39 hours per week, with mobile working possible by agreement, and offers a pay grade of EG 10 TVöD ranging from 4,124 € to 5,753 € plus additional benefits.
