FERCHAU is hiring a Mechanical Engineering TPM and Process Optimization Coordinator in Hamburg to analyze and optimize packaging plant performance, reduce downtime, develop preventive maintenance strategies, oversee maintenance and modernization, improve machine layouts, and document maintenance processes in SAP PM or similar systems. The role requires a technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, or a comparable qualification, knowledge of TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma, technical documentation skills, and German B2 proficiency; industrial equipment optimization, maintenance, or process improvement experience is desirable.
