Description
The Coordinator – Men’s Behaviour Change provides operational and practice leadership for the SHER domestic and family violence behaviour change program. The role oversees program delivery, participant assessment, risk monitoring, facilitation, quality assurance, reporting, compliance, stakeholder partnerships, community engagement, and supervision of the Facilitator – Men’s Behaviour Change. It requires a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, experience delivering behaviour change interventions for men involved in domestic and family violence, cultural capability, risk assessment and motivational interviewing knowledge, and flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including at least one afternoon shift per week.
