Pilgrim’s is hiring a Coordinator of Operational Excellence to direct projects and initiatives across its Processing Plant and Live Operations in Enterprise, Alabama. The role partners with operations, safety, human resources, food safety, quality assurance, engineering, and upper management to lead continuous improvement, process improvements, KPI analysis, Standard Operating Procedures, statistical process control, root cause analysis, Kaizen events, labor management, and Management Method implementation. The position requires an undergraduate degree, 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, at least one year at Pilgrim’s, and willingness to relocate and travel.
