Description
The Coordinator of Operations oversees day-to-day program operations across assigned ADAPT Community Network sites, supporting the Senior Coordinator of Operations and Vice President of Program Services. The role manages health and safety, regulatory compliance, staffing and scheduling, facility maintenance, performance records, audits, family and provider communication, and continuous improvement. It requires at least three years of supervisory or program coordination experience, knowledge of OPWDD regulations, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel to multiple locations. Compensation is $85,000–$90,000 annually plus benefits.
