The Coordinator of Residence Life – Leadership Development and Programming will recruit, select, and train Hall Council, NRHH, RHA, and other student leadership groups; advise RHA; maintain RHA financial records; manage the Programming Resource Center; coordinate programming data; educate Resident Assistants and student leaders; and support summer camps and conferences. The role is full-time, exempt, based at the Springfield Campus, and pays $47,000–$49,000 annually. A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of post-Bachelor’s experience as an RHA or Hall Council Advisor are required; a master’s degree and Residence Hall Director experience are preferred. The position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
