Description

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking a Coordinator, People Strategy to support practice management and attorney/professional development for a global practice group. This hybrid role involves coordinating various operational processes, fostering a collaborative environment, and working closely with multiple internal departments to achieve practice group priorities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Three years of professional development or other related experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Interest in professional development and leadership.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Close attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
