MAS Holdings is hiring a Coordinator – Product Engineering Center based in Horana. The role supports sample-room and product-engineering operations by tracking throughput, preparing KPI and operational reports, reviewing on-time performance metrics, analysing overtime against cost generation, consolidating new product introduction data, administering the sample-room incentive scheme, maintaining a Power BI database, and conducting stock counts and brand-protection checks for audits. A degree in physical science, supply chain and logistics, or a textile-related field is preferred; advanced Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and analytical skills are mandatory or required, while sample-room experience is advantageous.
