Description
The Production Supervisor oversees a production department, supports daily scheduling and production entries, coordinates customer and internal communication, maintains records and inventory, develops forecasts, ensures product flow and SOP compliance, and supports quality, HACCP, TQM, and facility planning activities. The role reports to an Area Manager and requires at least two years of lead-production experience in a Boar’s Head production facility or four years of production-planning experience, along with computer skills and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access exposure.
